Sizing Information
Sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find a 'size chart' link to an international size conversion chart on every product page.

Orders
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
How to make a return
Making a return or exchange is easy.
Please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@niuboutique.com
We will email you a returns proforma invoice. Please complete your returns proforma invoice with your RMA number.
You will be notified by email once your return has been
received and processed.
Exchanges
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RMA and follow the instructions above.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through niuboutique,com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Important information
Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
You may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is NIU 66 Queen Street, Woollahra, NSW Australia 2025 and we request that you contact us at info@niuboutique.com in relation to such returns.
Our Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all NIU and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Late Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of NIU and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
Shoes
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Insurance
NIU insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Website security
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure niuboutique.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
